1. Licence and exact domain
We search PAGCOR's published lists for the operator and the exact domain together, and note the date of the list version we used. A badge or licence number displayed on the site itself doesn't count. Readers can repeat the check on pagcor.ph or with our Legit Check.
2. The product itself
We open the site on a phone browser the way a player would, check how login and installation work, what games and betting sections are visible, and whether there's an identity-verification step. We describe only what we actually saw, with the date we saw it.
3. Promo terms, in pesos
We read the terms of any promotion we mention: wagering, game weighting, max bet, expiry and cash-out caps. Then we turn them into peso examples using the method in our wagering guide. If we can't confirm an amount, we don't print it.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Where we've moved real money through a site's cashier, we report the method, the dates and how long it took. Where we haven't yet, the page says so plainly. Payment options change often, so we always point readers to the cashier inside their own account.
5. Odds and game math
House edges and payouts in our game and betting guides are calculated from the game rules, not copied from marketing pages. If a game's rules vary by table or provider, we say so.
6. Re-checks and corrections
PAGCOR lists, e-wallet rules and promos change. We re-check and re-date our findings, and fix reported mistakes quickly. See our corrections policy on the contact page.
