Which Bet88 addresses are real?
On PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators and registered domains (the version dated December 4, 2025), Bet88's operator Trojans Well Entertainment Corp. has three domains: bet88.ph, bet88.io and bet88.stream. The main site players use is bet88.ph.
That gives you a simple rule: if the address in your browser isn't one of those three, exactly, treat it as not Bet88. Not "bet88" plus a word, not a different ending, not a link shortener that lands somewhere else. Type bet88.ph yourself or use a bookmark you saved, instead of tapping links from messages. Our Bet88 login guide shows the safe way in.
How look-alike Bet88 domains are built
Scam sites copy the logo, the colours and even the game lobby, then put it on an address that reads "close enough" when you're scrolling fast. These are made-up patterns for illustration, not a list of real sites:
| Pattern (illustration only) | What's wrong with it |
|---|---|
| bet88-vip.anything | A hype word added to the brand. Not one of the three registered domains. |
| bet88ph.anything / bet88-official.anything | Uses "ph" or "official" to sound legit. Real Bet88 doesn't need those words in its address. |
| bet888.anything / bett88.anything | One extra character that most eyes skip over. |
| bet88.top / .xyz / .vip / .cc | Same name, different ending. Only .ph, .io and .stream are registered to Bet88. |
| bit.ly or other short links | Hides the real destination. Open it, then read the address bar before you do anything. |
When in doubt, paste the address into the Legit Check. It tells you whether a domain matches PAGCOR's list or only looks like a listed brand.
Fake Facebook pages and Telegram "agents"
This is where most of the money goes. A page with the Bet88 logo, or a Telegram account calling itself an "agent," "loader" or "CSR," offers to top up your account, often with a discount or extra bonus. The catch: you send the money to their personal GCash, Maya or bank account.
- They message you first, or reply to your comment with "PM sent po."
- They ask for your username plus password or OTP "para ma-load."
- The first small load sometimes arrives, to build trust. The bigger one doesn't.
- The page is new, has few real posts, or its name is slightly off.
Fake Bet88 APK files
Another common trick is an .apk file dropped in a group chat with a message like "new Bet88 app, mas malaki bonus" or "old app blocked, use this." The real Bet88 app only comes from bet88.ph — here are the safe install steps. Installing apps from strangers is risky: some ask for permission to read SMS and notifications, which is how one-time PINs for your e-wallet or bank get stolen.
Bet88 runs as a web app at bet88.ph. You can open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen, so there's no reason to install a file someone sent you. Step-by-step in the Bet88 app install guide.
The "release fee" scam
Your balance suddenly shows a big "approved" withdrawal, but the chat agent says you must first pay a tax, an "AML clearance," a "VIP unlock" or a "verification deposit." Pay it and there's always one more fee.
A legit platform doesn't make you send money to receive your own winnings. Kapag may humingi ng bayad bago mag-release, tapusin mo na ang usapan. Our withdrawal guide covers what real delays look like, so you can tell them apart.
Already scammed? What to do now
- Stop paying. No extra fee will unlock what's already gone.
- Call your e-wallet or bank immediately. Report the receiving account through GCash, Maya or your bank's official help channel. The sooner, the better the chance they can act.
- Save the evidence. Screenshots of chats, the fake site's full address, receipts and reference numbers.
- Report to the CICC. Call the Inter-Agency Response Center hotline 1326.
- Report to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group for a police complaint.
- Tell PAGCOR. Report sites using a licensed brand's name through the contact channels on pagcor.ph.
- Ignore "recovery agents." People who promise to get your money back for a fee are running a second scam.
- Tell us too. Send the address to our contact page so we can warn others.
